Every individual was a professional. Jay explained the options (retrofit or replacement in some cases) Dmitry efficiently provided an itemized quote. Window spaces and doors were all remeasured. It took about 5 months between ordering to installation. Installation was scheduled for 1 week. Alex and the crew were wonderful. Everyone arrived on time. Great company to deal with and we love our new windows and doors.

Found a great door quickly, and customized it with a larger window. Warren the installer showed up on time with the door and had it in quickly, installing the lock and handle too. All good and pretty fast, considering it was a cold day! We definitely recommend Dmitry and the team.

Out of 6 Hamilton area window installers, Arcana had the best price, by far the least pushy and most down to earth sales people (Haim Argaman) and the Installer (Andre) was incredibly professional, detail oriented and made sure I was satisfied with all work completed. My experience with Arcana was superb, and miles above the competition. All home reno businesses should strive for this level of customer service and professionalism.

The whole process with Arcana was made as easy as possible. The service from beginning to end was excellent. Haim was very knowledgeable, and was very accommodating when it came to making changes after the order was already placed.
The installers were also fantastic, did a great job and were very clean and courteous.

We had the back door widened, and also turned our bedroom window into a sliding glass door. They cut the brick and capped everything beautifully, you wouldnt even notice.

We also had several quotes prior and Arcana was very competitive.

Our old front door was hollow and very drafty. We checked out numerous reviews leading us to Arcana. They were super patient with us going through a number of combinations of styles and types and ultimately landed on our favourite. Ripping our old door looked like a tough job but the team that arrived was quick, professional and did a beautiful job in half a day. Our door did not have a standard opening so custom glass for the sidelights needed to be ordered - prices were reasonable even given this custom requirement. Would assume it'd be cheaper for other with standard door openings. Highly recommend them and will be sending the team to my parents to have their door replaced. Get a quote from them!

Arcana is a company whose primary goal is customer satisfaction. We hired them to replace all the windows in our house, 3 exterior doors and 1 sliding glass door. Haim was very helpful during the consultation when making style decisions and the price offered was very competitive with other quotes we received.

Actual time from order to installation took longer than planned, but that's trying to get work done during covid. The installation crew arrived promptly every day, worked hard and did a good job cleaning up. The team was even able to make some changes during the installation to ensure we were satisfied with the end result.

We've already received lots of compliments on the update to our house, and can both hear and feel the difference of the updates. Overall I would absolutely recommend Arcana to anyone looking for Windows and door projects for their house.
