I was originally very happy to find this company to do my cottage
cedar roof. The job was delayed many times due to the owner's health, but he kept in touch so I was not overly concerned. Once started, the job went fairly well and the roof was very attractive. However, the roofers left the ridge vent damaged, so I requested that this be fixed when I made the final payment (big mistake). I was promised that this would be fixed, but it has never happened. This was 2 years ago. Since then the cottage has been infected with mice each winter- which had never happened in 50 years. Also, I recently engaged a professional architect to do an addition. When he inspected the roof, he said the top row of shingles was incorrectly installed, without a double layer and with nails exposed so that this would eventually ruin the shingles and cause water damage.
I would caution anyone who is considering using this company. They do not stand by their promises and are just after your money. After that you are on your own.
