I made some purchases today and was overpriced on 7 items. Five of the items were paint which had a big sign on the shelve, with the correct price on it. Since you cannot the scanned price [like you typically can in a grocery store] I asked the sales associate how much the scanned price was - she was overcharging me 1.50 per bottle, so that is $7.50 on the paint only. After I pointed it out, she verified the price on the shelve and then had to get a manager to 'confirm' that she could charge me the shelve price [and not the price in their system]!
After I got my receipt I checked everything and then discovered that I was overcharged on two brushes as well.
Apart for the overcharges, I also wasn't offered a points card before I made my purchases, but while I was checking my receipt I hears another sales associate offering a card to a customer, so when I went back to get a refund on the items that were overcharged I asked what I needed to do in order to get a points card. It appeared that the sales associated who helped me forgot to ask if I wanted one. I got one and asked if they could add the purchases which I just made to my points card, upon which she said it could not be done; and refused to let me 'return' the items and re-purchase them again in order to get the points.
I definitely won't return to that store.
