Starting last fall, we requested that Leo Marbelite repair a serious crack in our pool. They were unable to do so before winter. In February, we started following up again and did so continuously. After many calls, we were given a price which we agreed to, but wanted to know when the work would start. After following up numerous times again, we were told the work would start after the May long weekend. We were told we would receive confirmation of this as well as an invoice by email. It never came and we have heard nothing more and it is May 30. Over a period of months, we have left at least a dozen voice-mail messages and have also emailed. I have not experienced a company that is as non-responsive, especially where a considerably expensive repair is involved. The bottom line is that our pool remains unrepaired and unopened, and we have wasted weeks now with no solution in sight, given the complicated nature of the needed repair.
