Starting last fall, we requested that Leo Marbelite repair a serious crack in our pool. They were unable to do so before winter. In February, we started following up again and did so continuously. After many calls, we were given a price which we agreed to, but wanted to know when the work would start. After following up numerous times again, we were told the work would start after the May long weekend. We were told we would receive confirmation of this as well as an invoice by email. It never came and we have heard nothing more and it is May 30. Over a period of months, we have left at least a dozen voice-mail messages and have also emailed. I have not experienced a company that is as non-responsive, especially where a considerably expensive repair is involved. The bottom line is that our pool remains unrepaired and unopened, and we have wasted weeks now with no solution in sight, given the complicated nature of the needed repair.

Leo Marbelite is an amazing company who know what they are doing! They come in set up complete the job and are cleaning up and out before you know it! The quality of their work is incredible and all the guys are so friendly and hard working! I would highly recommend that you source this company! Our pool looks absolutely fabulous! We love it! Great communication with Michael when organizing and setting up the work. Frank and Steve who did the finish coat were amazing. Steve is a master plasterer. More like an artist. LM showed up as promised at 0700 ready to work. An army of a team came equipped to get in and out as fast as possible with an excellent finished product. The team was professional and well spoken with newer equipment and presentable workers. While they were polite, they took little time to talk as work was time sensitive.
