I had purchased new appliances and paid to have them delivered. I requested the first appointment in the morning. Of course on the day of the delivery, they missed my appointment. And instead of doing mine ASAP, they put it till the end of the day. I had called through out the day to see when they were coming and was told each time that I was next delivery. I sat at home for about 10 hours waiting. And of course I had gotten rid of all my old appliance so I had nothing to cook with so had not eaten all day while I waited. Once they showed up around 7 pm the fridge they brought in was all scratched on one side. They told me to complain to sears. When I called sears, they did give me money off the fridge but I wasn't really happy with their attitude.
