I am moving away but they don't want to refund my prepaid fall closing fee. With numerous email and messages left on their answering machine, they ignored it all. Use their service for more than 20 years, really never expected that they are so dishonest
My advice is do not prepaid if you are moving.

Esdale Lawn Sprinklers telephone number was left by the previous owners for us when we bought our house years ago. I am so glad the previous owners left me the information! Steven has taken care of our system for years and is always courteous and friendly. I think because Steven is the owner and the operator, you get a level of service you won't get from some of the other companies. He does an excellent job and his price is highly competitive.

This year, we moved out of our old home and moved into another place with a system as well. Steven will be taking care of this system in addition to my old place, which is now a rental property.

I would not hesitate to recommend him.
