Dryer stopped working less than 2 years after purchase. Did some online research to diagnose that it was likely the control board that had failed (a $300 replacement part).
Contacted Jim and he came out and diagnosed the problem and got the part supplied under some dealer warranty that went beyond the consumer warranty that we had. Only had to pay for the service call.
He kept in contact with us about the schedule and arrived on time and completed the work as promised.
