Weed control

I had some issues and Richard gave me a call to resolve it. Great customer service. Will review again at the end of the season about quality of service. So far so good.

$180.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
First of all pick up the phone, if you think you are busy hire more receptionists. At least try to be prompt in calling back people if they left voice messages. Always let the customer know when you are visiting their home for lawn services. You connect more. If its too inconvenient to call, at least send an email.
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
Homeowner with a similar project should try some other company.

Weed control

So I took the weed control service from peerless after thinking a lot about it and I had really bad experience with other lawn service companies. I found Richard to be very helpful when he visited my place to check out the lawn and the receptionist also was helpful. Ok so far so good, somewhere down the line I thought this is too good to be true but I had to bite the bullet as my lawn has too many weeds.
if by any chance you check Peerless site, its mentioned that the weed control only works within 3-7 days and on dry soil. So what Peerless company did was sprayed on Thursday without notifying me once that they will be visiting. And lo behold it rained cats and dogs on Saturday and Sunday. When there was 90% chance it to rain in the weekend why would the company apply weed control just 2 days back.
The worst is the receptionist now never picks up the phone and never calls back even though I have left voice messages.
Too bad of a service so far....
