I had some issues and Richard gave me a call to resolve it. Great customer service. Will review again at the end of the season about quality of service. So far so good.

- First of all pick up the phone, if you think you are busy hire more receptionists. At least try to be prompt in calling back people if they left voice messages. Always let the customer know when you are visiting their home for lawn services. You connect more. If its too inconvenient to call, at least send an email.

- Homeowner with a similar project should try some other company.
