Central AC and New Furnace
Sales rep Justin was great and explained everything, and the installation went well and was on time. My only complaint is that at the sales discussion we were told that the AC and furnace we were getting would qualify for the government rebate, but after the units were installed, we realised that they put in a different model than promised, and therefore we did not qualify for the full rebate. This was really disappointing. I also found in frustrating to try and get a follow up appointment regarding a small leak - despite making an appointment the technician never showed up (because I missed his phone call even though I was home waiting for him!) I found this really frustrating and am so far disappointed with the customer service. Not sure that I would recommend Reliance to others
