A very positive experience. From the outset, I was provided clear info from home comfort advisor, Justin on what the installation and service afterwards would entail and given frank answers to my many direct questions. The installation team (Derek and Greg) were punctual, polite and professional. They indulged all my questions on the day of installation and they did a fine clean-up at conclusion. We are very satisfied with the value received for the money spent.
