For the love of God, please consider alternatives to this company
November 2023 - The furnace stops working. Technician brilliantly applies a workaround until a new part arrives. Which is expected within 14 days ergo November 15 2024.
April 2024 - Still no part.
Call into Reliance - this is not the first time I have been "awaiting a part"...it's actually an ongoing cycle with Reliance. I let it go six months just to see how long it would take them to follow up.
Reliance advises they do not know where the part is but they can send out a technician to start the cycle over again.
If one has endless hours to spend on the phone, hunting down parts, waiting for service then please do proceed and choose this company.
If one wishes to have an HVAC company that is reliable, prompt, takes accountability for their actions and performance please consider seeking out another option.
