We delt with this company and thought they do what they say but actually we have their sales guy (Bill) came over to take the measurment and we agreed on everything but later on they brought 2 of the 5 shutters with wrong dimensions and we have to wait for another week and waste more of our time, when they bring the 2 shutters they where done poorly and not leveled at all and the installer said that this is the best he can do, i called and called and they send several crew but the 2 shutters still not installed leveled and then they send Bill and her tried to convince us that this is from the window frame and not from the shutters and he tried to level them but he can`t, i asked Bill to bring completely 2 new shutters as this is there problem but he refused (this is because that he already took all the money) i don`t recomend this rubbish company to any body and don`t relay on there reputation as it is all fake.
***Update*** Lee the owner of the Company called us to come and look at the problem, he came on time and was willing to do anything to help and keep us happy (this Guy really cares about the customers and his reputation)and promised to correct the problem, will keep everybody posted of the outcome when we get the new shutters installed as promised.
