Heating & Air Conditioning review in

I chose Francis to install my whole house heat pump system as the original furnace and air conditioner was installed by them in the early 80's and still ran okay - just wanted all the upgrades of a new system.
Install was great and system ran well, but 2 problems soon arose - a small freon leak inside the outdoor unit and the fact that my LED lights in the house flickered the entire time the outdoor unit ran.
Francis stayed diligent and returned a total of 3 times - all within a week - to rectify the system to my complete satisfaction.
