Communication after the fact non existent. You have to call them non stop!

2 guys were supposed to install furnace and air conditioner. At one point there were 3 guys here.
I needed to relay something to head office/ service but no returned my call when they they would. The whole communications was reprehensible.
Still not resolved!!
