Heating & Air Conditioning review in Toronto

I have placed a call on Friday for a service call. I was told it was not feasible anymore since the company no longer work on rooftop units. However, Bruce was able to assist me with valuable information and was able to guide me to resolve the issue.

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Toronto

I was very happy with the installation 3 years ago, however, today I called for service and they told me they did not have anyone available to do roof work (understandable, Friday's not a great day), I was told to call somebody else. No attempt to assist me or arrange an appointment for next week, not even referred me to someone else. I now have to go around and repeat my tedious search for a tech, as I did 3 years ago.
