Accurate Technology Group The

I was put in contact with The Accurate Technology Group by my General Contractor prior to my new home construction to coordinate the install of custom low voltage wiring.

I was interested in a 12 zone home audio rough in, Cat6 Data network, HD Video, automation, Alarm, and conduit to run future wiring with ease I felt insulted as they were unwilling to do a lot of the work I requested with no real excuse why not. They mostly want to sell their over priced packages that in my opinion are not the greatest systems available. They questioned why I wanted to use Cat6 over cat5e for my data network. Their prices are INSANE. I would compare it to grocery shopping at the airport.

I did my own wiring for 10% of the price tag they set. Their installers are underpaid and I question the quality of their work. In show homes I've seen non plenum cables being run inside air ducts. They use the lowest quality unshielded cable available. They beat around the bush and tried to avoid answering my questions regarding the types of cable they use. it was difficult to get answers out of them.

I expressed my disappointment and my builder let me do my own wiring. I had to sign a waiver accepting all responsibility for my work. The quality of my wiring wasn't even an option at Accurate Technology. I would never hire this company to do more than what is included with my build

I had my alarm installed when we built our house in 2009. No one ever set it up for use and they never left a user book. They had the master code set to 1234 but we couldn't change it we could only add codes plus there was no delay so as soon as you open the door the alarm would go off. They set us a user manuel after a month because I complained I never received one. It didn't tell you how to change the master code or set the delay. I called several time to have someone come out to change it for us but I would leave a message and wouldn't here back for a week and they would leave a message. and that went on for months. They finally had someone come out and fix it then we got a bill in the mail a month later saying we owed over a $100. It took me over two months of agrueing till they finally said I didn't have to pay because it should have been fixed from the start.

They do not abide by written agreement,which stipulates most payment before start of work. After several months. you may be contacted for evidence of payment.

It has been big headache to work with this company. I won't recommend anyone to go through this hassle.
