We had a flood in the basement at our investment property and Complete restoration was called out. From the onset, they were very professional and courteous. They really explained what will happen now, what we can do and advised us of our options. They cleaned up and removed our belongings from the basement to document them for insurance purposes.
They were clean, courteous, professional and at a time when you are antsy about what just happened, they really take the time to calm you down and explain your options and take care of you.
I very much appreciated that. They were a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend them.
