So fast and efficiently done. So clean and smells so fresh. Living on the fourth floor wasnt sure if sevices could be done. No problem for this company. Have been using service for years. Tried a few others but those were costly mistakes.

We have a very large area rug that required professional cleaning. The associates from Total Carpet came to our home, rolled and packaged our carpet and took it to their store for the cleaning. They returned the carpet on time, and charged exactly what was quoted. They also helped unroll the carpet and return all our furniture to their locations.
We also had our carpet on the stairs cleaned. The jobs were both done very professionally and on schedule and budget. Our area rug looks spectacular, all stains were removed and it was well cared for. All stains were removed from our stair carpet as well. Highly recommended.
