Boehmers/Cronin were an pleasure to deal with right from the start. Our salesman Yuri, was able to provide us with all the necessary information to select a system for our home that best suited our needs. The high level of customer satisfaction was carried through with the installation team (Rob, Jon). They were very friendly and courteous. Their attention to detail showed in their work, the installation was very neat and tidy!! As a result, I am confident that I will be able to enjoy my new equipment for years to come. The service of the technician saved me from a fraudulent inspection someone from 'Aire One Heating & Cooling KW' provided. The technician for 'Aire One Heating & Cooling KW' said that there was a system leak, and an investigation would cost $675 and a fix would be another $700-800. We had one of your technicians come by the next day and confirm it was a clogged drainage pipe, which the technician the previous day multiple times stated was not the problem. Being honest goes a long way, and its suffice to say I will never do any work with Aire One Heating & Cooling KW again, nor will any of the individuals in my social circle.

The service was fantastic. Al Kehn was the person that sold us on the material. he was professional and knew all about the service that we needed.
The technicians were very good at what the did. Rob, Brock and Shawn were GREAT and worked very hard all day.
I was very happy at the work they did and the info. they gave on the materials.

We were having a problem with our AC / furnace. Very shortly after calling Boehner's, a tech showed up at our door. Curtis was friendly and professional, tested our system, and quickly diagnosed the issue. The system was back up and running properly in a short period of time, and the bill was fair and reasonable. Thanks for your help, Curtis!

Brock and Alex showed up promptly with all the equipment needed to install our new furnace and a/c units! They slaved tirelessly in the heat and nary a complaint! Explaining everything clearly and answering all of our questions, they have made us feel confident that we are secure with our new system and the company's assurances/services in future.
Brock and Alex did excellent housekeeping after the installation! They certainly work efficiently and expertly for a hard day's work! Excellence!

Beginning with the initial visit from Russ the service technician, to Yuri the sales rep that took the time to clearly explain our options, to the three installers, Jon, Alex and Brock who worked with an infectious camaraderie in a less than ideal basement situation! Awesome experience from start to finish. The sales person Yuri was on time, polite, informative and is good at getting back to you quickly. The installers Rob & Brock were on time as well, polite, cleaned up after the install, removed the old equipment and put down runners to protect the carpet. They went through how to use the AC, furnace and touch pad, showed me everything that they did and how to maintain the systems. I would definitely recommend using this company.

The entire experience was great! Yuri, the sales guy, was on time, polite, and didn't try to up sell me. He was informative and sold me exactly what I needed. Cory did the install. He was very clean and the install is very tidy! Not even a bit of wire was left behind! Great work guys! I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!

A thorough clean and inspection we're done of the outside and inside units. The issue was found and fixed. We had a lovely cool house a few hours later.

AC unit did not start up after the winter. Tech came by and after a quick look inside the unit, found a wire had become disconnected (though I'm not sure how). Quickly fixed it and did a couple more quick tests and gave us a few recommendations on things we can do to improve the life. They came and responded to the call within 3 hours of being called.
