Chris was very Knowledgable, fast and friendly. We had a few insteresting noises coming from our heater. He took them time to discuss my options (repair, replace or take no action) and the pros and cons of each which I greatly appreciated.

A new furnace was expertly installed by Rob and Curtis April 4th.

Jon, Alex and Luke arrived on time and were very respectful of our home while setting up to replace our furnace and air conditioner. They were very efficient and friendly and I was surprised how quiet they were. They installed the furnace and a/c in less than 6 hours and had everything cleaned up when they were completed. Alex took me through the use and set up of our iComfort thermostat and made sure I was comfortable with its use and then took me through everything that was done. They redid a vent to our bedroom that hadn't worked in years and our bedroom was warm and cozy for the first time in a long time. I can't thank the guys enough for the great job they did and would recommend Boehmers Cronin Emery to anyone. From the excellent salesman (Yuri) to the installers it has been a really stress free process. Thank you so much.

Russ has been coming to our house for furnace cleaning and maintenance for several years. Always a pleasure to see him. Told him I was so pleased with our purchase
of a gas furnace a few years ago over our old oil furnace which cost us a fortune to heat our house. Always feel sorry for him - our cellar where the furnace is has a dirt
floor, cobwebs & god knows what else down there. I try to not ever have to go there!!!! Anyways - very satisfied with the service Russ provides.

Technician repaired the leak from the dehumidifier and was helpful in explaining the reason for the leak. Also set up a future maintenance appointment.

An electric board and motor were replaced. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He came first thing and finished the job quickly. I would recommend this company for furnace repairs

We were doing kitchen renovation and our furnace was all plugged up from the dust / debris and stopped sending out heat. The technician came in and new the problem right away and got us some heat back.
