Russ has been coming to our house for furnace cleaning and maintenance for several years. Always a pleasure to see him. Told him I was so pleased with our purchase of a gas furnace a few years ago over our old oil furnace which cost us a fortune to heat our house. Always feel sorry for him - our cellar where the furnace is has a dirt floor, cobwebs & god knows what else down there. I try to not ever have to go there!!!! Anyways - very satisfied with the service Russ provides. Annabelle Darling
