Kastl & Zuch Plumbing & Heating Ltd

I originally called Superior plumbing but got the runaround for about 2 weeks. I then called Kastl & Zuch. Within 2 days the job was inspected and repaired. A professional young man came and changed the under sink in about an hour’s time. Superior had to wait 2 weeks for parts. A plumbing company that doesn’t have under sink taps. Give me a break. I highly recommend Kastl & Zuch .

Had hot water problems at rental unit, requested plumber attend and assess, but not to replace parts without a phone call to provide a basic estimate of price for parts. Part was replaced without checking in. Not a huge issue, as the part was 90 dollars, but if there was a bigger cost involved, this would have been a problem. When phoning in to clarify, the customer service rep simply said she had no information about it and requested payment.
Otherwise, the work was great, and the reputation of Kastl and Zuch for quality work was upheld.

I finally got tired for waiting for the bathtub to drain and called Kastl & Zuch. They were just as friendly in person as they were on the phone. He asked if I had cleaned the trap and when I said no, he said that was probably all it was and wouldn't even bother snaking it. He showed me how to do it since it was a new tub and drain and didn't work like the old one. Best plumbers ever!

Chris was the technician they sent to our house and he was awesome. Not only was he helpful with servicing our boiler he helped give me some advice on moving a few of our rads and installing infloor heating and he didn't make any of it seem like a pain to him. He also gave me very balanced advice when I gave him opportunities to push produce (ie so do you think i need a new boiler?)

I'd totally recommend them from this experience.

The customer service is really good; quick appointment and good staff. I had a problem in the mixing valve and they changed for me. Then, the problem appeared again. They provided me with a free follow up service.

We hired them for 2 washroom renos and found them to be very professional. Their work was neat and completed in a timely fashion. Their technician was polite, took off his boots and made sure to rest his tools down gently to avoid any damage. I would recommend them again.

Excellent service and quality of workmanship .
The quote was accurate,jobsite was always left clean and safe .
Too many cut corner trades out there it's nice to know there are young profesionals around . Kudos to K&Z
