Andrew the customer service officer paid us a visit to explain the process and provide us with the necessary paperwork. He was very friendly, efficient and professional.
When the window was installed, it was done quickly and properly. My mom no longer had cold air seeping into her bedroom and she is able to open and close her new window in an easier manner.
After about one month, we received a call from the company to see if we were happy with the service and the window..
