My elderly mother required a new bedroom window. I obtained quotes from 2 other companies and Verdun was not only the least expensive but offered the better quality window. Andrew the customer service officer paid us a visit to explain the process and provide us with the necessary paperwork. He was very friendly, efficient and professional. When the window was installed, it was done quickly and properly. My mom no longer had cold air seeping into her bedroom and she is able to open and close her new window in an easier manner. After about one month, we received a call from the company to see if we were happy with the service and the window.. I would highly recommend Verdon Windows & Doors.

The work was done in a timely manner and the company even dropped $400 off of their original quote since the job took less time. Many companies would never do this. In addition, prior to the actual work being done, the company provided me with 3 different quotes which allowed one of the quotes to fit the budget. I requested a last minute job on the valve of the outdoor faucet and they dealt with it during the main job that they were there for. We even got Air Miles for this and they asked if we would donate $1 to one of the many charities that the company donates to (they are able to donate $80K every year). An all around great company from the person who initially took my request to the plumber. Other companies should watch and learn from this company!
