Our 16 year old furnace failed on a very cold day!
Action Furnace promptly came out and diagnosed the issue and gave us good information and reasonable options. The very next day, they installed a new furnace and hot-water tank! Every person we dealt with at Action Furnace, through this process, was prompt and polite and kept us informed. The techs, Jacob and Nick, were very good at their craft! We are so pleased with the quality of their work! They took extra care during the cleanup, which we very much appreciated!
