Didnt realize it takes 3 hours, but that means they pay attention to detail. Technician was very thorough and detailed in his work. He cleaned up after himself. Professional level service and very friendly.

Our furnace stopped working. Within 24 hours a technician from Action came and repaired the furnace. He was polite and caring. He fixed the problem, and now the furnace is working better than ever. He also tried to find ways to reduce the cost of repair. We were very impressed with the service, but not the furnace.

The technician we had named Emilio was very courteous and professional, and we knew right away we could trust him with our furnace and home. Emilio did an excellent job!
