The staff and products of Granite by Design are superb. I replaced my kitchen counter with quartzite and fireplace surrounds with marble. The staff were knowledgeable and gave excellent advice. They were professional and friendly. I am thrilled with both my counter top and fireplace surrounds. I highly recommend Granite by Design in Waterdown.

A family business, and these people really know their stuff. They actually care about what you want and ask all the right questions to gain an understanding of exactly what you are looking for, vs. pushing product on you. They have and adhere to high standards throughout the entire process - excellent quality customer service, high quality product, professional installation, and they even follow up once installed to ensure you are happy.
