Rude contractor, Mark.
Installed a glass shower panel incorrectly. Panel gave way and collapsed and shattered over the entire bathroom. We asked if they could reinstall. Owner would not return our calls. Admin person said they would not help us...and would not reinstall the glass panel.
Worst mistake we have ever made. Absolutely zero customer service. Owner of the company - excelled in unprofessionalism.
Untrustworthy. Rude. Bad business practices.

From the beginning we had problems. The designer was unprofessional as she was rude during most of our communications. The men that installed the tile did a wonderful job. The man that renovated the bathroom was one of the most rude and sarcastic people I have ever met. He didn't show up when he said he was going to..the job was put off many times. He was never upfront. My husband and I spoke with the owner about our situation and he was not helpful at all. When we spoke to him he just stood there and stared at us. He had nothing to say. Our bathroom is awful..To top it off they did not even help us reinstall our glass bathroom wall and door that shattered..They wanted nothing to do with helping us..The job was complete and apparently it was not under any warranty. We asked why they wouldn't help us and they didn't give us any reason. We were very upset because we were told from the beginning the work is under warranty.
BUYER BEWARD. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE. ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES OF OUR LIFE.

From the first time my wife and I talked Mark May the owner of Cambridge Kitchens and Baths I knew we had found the right company to replace our kitchen. He asked us what we wanted so we gave him some of our ideas of what we were looking for and he in turn gave us some suggestions. Not once did he say I will do this. It was always what we wanted and we worked together with Mark to that end. And now we have beautiful new kitchen. Before the work was started he gave us a work schedule showing what would be done each day and everything was done exactly as planed and on time. If you are looking to renovate your kitchen or bathroom I would highly recommend Cambridge Kitchens and Baths. There quality of workmanship and attention to detail is excellent. I know you will not be disappointed.
