Jim's Pre-Hung Doors Ltd

Jim's company manufactured and supplied all the doors in my house and I have to admit quality of product and workmanship and prompt service. It took a while to manufacture them but I love the doors. I'd hire this company again. Thank you.

We ordered 6 smooth interior doors. They sent rough ones, so it took longer than promised. Got them home, painted them, but they did not close. They had been incorrectly milled. They told me to take one back, then showed no interest in reworking it. Jim had a guy give me some information, but then left me to it. Jim gave us fixed pin hinges, which were different to the original.
Quite frustrated, and wishing we could get a discount, as we now need a carpenter to make them fit.

Jim is great!! I needed door for our new house and Jim got my doors for me in 1 week, everyone else wanted 3-6 weeks. I like to use local companies and he is local made.

I needed an odd size prehung door, the size i needed was not available at any other door supplier. The staff helped me out by making me aware of other possible solutions that would fit my application. i thought that i would need a custom built door for this unique small size doorway, but i found out, with the generous help of the staff, that a sliding pocket door would be a better solution for my particular space problem. Great products, great help.

We did some renovation work at our home last Fall. One of the new additions was a set of French doors into our living room.

We went to Jim's to see what they had. They had a wide variety of indoor doors in their showroom. We picked out a set of French doors and they sent a carpenter out to our house to put them on. WE are very happ with the quality of the door and th workmanship of the carpenter in putting them on. First class all the way.

The price was reasonable. We lloked at 5-6 diferent stores. Jim's was the best.

We would recommend them to the reaers.

Rob was great. He came out twice to verify door measurements as a bunch of our doors were not standard size and needed to be custom built. He and the other shop staff were always super friendly and took the time to help us. We also bought all our door fixtures from them. Rob took the time to show us all the different styles and colours they have and gave us a few options for our front door lock system. Lots of samples in their shop to help with your decision making. Doors and glass are downstairs. upstairs is their lock and door fixture area.
Everything was delivered as promised and on time and did not hold up that part of our renos like other things did.

They have competitive prices and well-made doors. We needed solid-core doors that were custom-sized and they produced them very quickly. It would have been better if they had other methods of payment since they only took cash.
