You can not compare the quality of these windows to anyone else.

We used this company to replace a garden door leading to our deck, and were completely satisfied with their work. The following Spring, we had them back to replace the windows in the front of the house. On both occasions, the work was done on time, professionally and they cleaned up after themselves. We were satisfied to the point that they are back again this year to do some more of our windows.

My experience with this company in very frustrating.

They installed a side door in my house in 2015. The door stopped closing properly just few hours after the installation. When I called them (the very same day) and asked to fixed that, they said a serviceman will be available in couple of weeks when he will work in my area again. I had to call them many times and send several emails insisting the bad installation must be fixed earlier. It was very hard to get them to complete the job.

One year later I had to communicate this company again because the door stopped working properly. I was not just able to close the door as it was skewed. The company scheduled an appointment, I stayed at home, nobody's showed up. They scheduled another appointment, I stayed at home again, and nobody's showed up again. I had to write many emails and make many phone calls, it was very frustrating experience. Finally, after 4 weeks of waiting, the serviceman has come and fixed the door. This happened one year ago. And now the door is not in a good shape again. It won't close tight. As a result, the insulation is not effective at all.

I don't understand how come I am having some much problems with the almost new door?? The another 20-years old door in my house is functioning much better that this one installed in 2015.

Based on my previous experience, I am not going to contact this company anymore. I am going hire somebody else to fix the problem. I don't recommend anybody to do business with Loyal Seal.

We hired this company to replace the front door and basement windows. They rescheduled install date with 2 days notice. When they did show up the front door and windows were as we ordered but the install was atrocious. They threw the attic window into our garden and left shards of glass all over our lawn. They ripped the basement window out of the wall and left a gash in our basement wall. The cocking that was done around all windows and front door is equivalent to a toddler's work. We are now stuck having to pay to get the cocking fixed so the house looks decent and we don't incur water damage to our walls. We have received zero customer service and the person that was supposed to come have a look has never showed up.

Very professional and clean work. Job was completed on time installers cleaned up and left. All done in two hours

I am a repeat customer of Loyal Seal. I had them do my windows in my previous home over 4 years ago. This time, I had them do a full house and 2 doors. Fair price, smooth process, product came as promised, good installation with minimal hassle and mess. I was present for the entire thing and observed, truly felt confident in the workmanship as the installers were clearly pro's who knew what they were doing. They installed the new stuff with great care, and disposed of the old stuff for me, leaving my place pretty clean, just had to use the vacuum to clear some small debris, nothing major. All in all a good experience, far more responsible than many other companies that I have used for numerous other home improvement projects. Would use them again myself, would and have recommended to family and friends.

-arrived I hour late, no reason given
-left a mess behind,
-did not replace Venetian blinds, damaged one of them with no attempt to repair it
-the younger man has zero social skills
-offensive language between them

I saw the ad in the local paper and gave a call. They were quick to come with a free estimate and explain my options. Installers came shortly after and were real pros. They were polite and efficient. Walked me through everything when it was done. I already recommended them to my neighbour. Will use again.

They came and fixed the issues so i am updating my review.

They are only interested in selling the service and getting money from you. Once that is done and even though I have called a few times that there are things not done properly, noone has come to fixed it. I really suggest that you dont pay them for a few days after getting the service till you make sure that the work they have done is good. I REALLY REGRET paying them. Already have been not recommending them to my neighbours and others on my street who came and asked me about the door and sidings.

First they came on the wrong day and an inconvenient time, but on the agreed day they did a good job after arriving 2 hours late.
Too bad you do not offer a choice of door handle to select one that is more friendly for the hands of a senior.
