The lady we dealt with was very professional and they come to your house to do free estimates and measurements and sit down with you to draw up a closet plan. We actually decided to wait it out and see if we could fashion a similar closet from Ikea, using the ideas discussed. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that had we gone the Ikea route, we would have purchased pieces that weren't custom built, not to our colour scheme, not guranteed for life, and more expensive! We went with California Closets and could not have been happier. The builders came and the job was finished in one afternoon. We would recommend them to others who want a fabulous closet.

I got a few quotes from multiple closet companies. Most were professional, some were late all the time or lacked quality finishes. But California Closets came in, perfectly on time, made a presentation about how things could be done, and then followed through with computer drawings. Extremely professional all the time and the materials were great. They work was done by a person who was very careful with everything you owned. He then handwiped the whole closet to make sure it was clean. Very satisfied. Only thing you have to get used to is the price as they are around at least 30% more expensive than any competitor. But it's actually worth it if you don't have to get the best deal but want the best.
