After having only recently purchased our house in the summer, and never having experienced a winter with the "new to us" furnace, as soon as the cold weather hits--the furnace acts up.
We couldn't keep the darn thing running and the house was getting cold, so we called up Acclaimed and were promptly booked in for a service call.
Wow, wow, wow! Ed Patenaude arrives at the scene; courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. Seeing as we had no past history with the furnace (and potential previously existing issues), Ed had to do a lot of investigative and problem-solving work to locate the problem and devise a solution. Not a problem for this tech, within no time Ed had our furnace running properly and the house was made comfortable.
Ed went above and beyond our expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to hire Acclaimed again if we encounter future issues, and we'll definitely be calling if this old furnace kicks-the-bucket and we require a replacement.
