Horrible Experience with Ace Plumbing
We had an absolutely awful experience with Ace Plumbing. They installed a hot water heater that was supposed to be top-of-the-line and premium-priced, but it arrived dented with insulation spilling out. When we complained and requested a replacement, they offered a pathetic $100 or demanded we pay for a new installation and removal, despite it being their own mistake. If the unit was damaged, they should have never installed it to begin with. To top it all off, after enduring their unprofessional and unhelpful attitude, we discovered they installed the WRONG tank!
Additionally, we had requested the installation of a smart water shutoff valve, and they completely forgot to put it on the order so it never got installed.
Despite all this hassle and them finally installing the correct tank, they still forced us to pay full price for everything with no compensation. This company is dishonest, unreliable, and provides terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Ace Plumbing!
