Ace Plumbing & Heating

We had an absolutely awful experience with Ace Plumbing. They installed a hot water heater that was supposed to be top-of-the-line and premium-priced, but it arrived dented with insulation spilling out. When we complained and requested a replacement, they offered a pathetic $100 or demanded we pay for a new installation and removal, despite it being their own mistake. If the unit was damaged, they should have never installed it to begin with. To top it all off, after enduring their unprofessional and unhelpful attitude, we discovered they installed the WRONG tank!
Additionally, we had requested the installation of a smart water shutoff valve, and they completely forgot to put it on the order so it never got installed.
Despite all this hassle and them finally installing the correct tank, they still forced us to pay full price for everything with no compensation. This company is dishonest, unreliable, and provides terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Ace Plumbing!

I was given a "quote" in the showroom by the salesman. I was charged significantly more for the unit once it was installed. Their defense, "we don't know how you got to that number"!!! Well, other dealers had offered me a way better deal and I would definitely have gone with them had I known how ACE Fireplaces operates!

Ace Plumbing and Heating Kelowna never applied for a permit to do the electrical wiring for my heat pump which was illegally done. My electrical contractor had to change the wiring at my expense to correct their problem. How unprofessional. They also burnt my lino and I had to take them to court.

Good company to deal with. Professional and accommodating phone staff, helpful and talented technicians. I had a good experience with Ace Plumbing and would recommend this company to those needing assistance with plumbing repairs.
