Great experience! Justin and his helper came in and cleaned the ducts quickly and efficiently. They answered all the questions I had as I had never had ducts cleaned before. The ducts had never been cleaned in my house so they were apparently very dirty. It is starting to smell fresher in the house.

Power Vac did a great job cleaning my ducts recently. The technician explained what he would be doing and quickly got to work, ensuring my home was kept clean as he worked. Will definitely hire Power Vac in future.

My experience starting with talking to the owner was all positive. Articulated the value of his service and without any pressure tactic.
Once the technician (Sam) arrived to complete the service he was thorough in his explaination of what he was going to do and respectful of my house.

Power Vac was a great company to work with from the booking process to the end result. The staff was pleasant and helpful when we booked and the technicians were promptly on time and totally professional. It took about an hour and a half to complete the cleaning and the cost was precisely as quoted. We would definitely recommend this company for duct cleaning.

Christine was very helpful at the time of getting a phone quote and what the service included. Leda was the technician who arrived on time and very pleasant to speak too. It was a colder than expected morning and she worked diligently as the home was steadily dropping in temp due to the need to keep a door open for the vacuum pipe. The system they have works extremely well as my wife and I heard (what sounded like small rocks) being vacuumed through the pipe, she even found a couple small balls likely from previous owners. Leda cleaned up everything like the service never happened. Thank you Power Vac!!
