Technicians answered all of my questions, were professional, and very thorough in their service. I asked for the dryer vent to be cleaned but they informed me they couldn't do it due to the flex pipe that I have so I was very thankful that they didn't pretend to do it.

I was very happy with the duct cleaning in my house. The two gentleman were very professional, and they even noticed a leak in my water heater that I hadn't seen! I was so appreciative of their professionalism and attention to detail. I will definitely be calling again when I need my ducts cleaned!

Booked with PowerVac after reading the other reviews, Patrick come out to clean our ducts, did a fantastic job, took the time explain questions and show pictures before and after. Very Professional from the day I called (Christine) til job was complete. Highly Recommend.

10 year old home, lots of renovations, never had ducts cleaned once. Our dust level in the home in non existent since having our ducts cleaned. Kevin was amazing and went above any beyond to get the job done. We were having issues with our laundry dryer and thought the piping was clogged, but he was able to find that the issue was with the extremely old dryer itself and not the actual dryer piping. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

We asked for a duct cleaning services including gas furnace cleaning as well. Great job: initial conversation, crew came on-time, clean during and after, all professionally done. Really recommend this company.

We had PowerVac clean our ducts in January 2019. The technician, Jason, arrived on time, was very professional and friendly. Jason did a thorough job and left everywhere he worked clean and tidy. He clearly explained what he had done and answered all my questions. I would definitely use PowerVac again and would recommend them to my friends!

I emailed Power Vac in the morning about having my ducts cleaned and received a reply less than an hour later from Darwyn. He sent a technician to my house the same day. Afraz spent 2.5 hours cleaning my ducts - he was friendly, polite and thorough. I am extremely pleased with the job Afraz did and have recommended Power Vac to my neighbour. Was given this company's name by a friend. Called last minute in the end of 2018, to see if anything is available within the next 2 weeks. The receptionist was very helpful and found a slot available for the next day. Was very surprised by how quickly the technician could come out to do the work ( on Saturday nevertheless). Work was done well, quickly, no mess left behind. Very professional. Paid less than over the phone estimate which is always a bonus. Will use again.

I arranged everything over the phone with Christine, who gave me an accurate quote, verified my coupon validity, etc. The two man crew showed up EXACTLY on time (first time ever for any contractor I've hired), even though they drove to Cambridge from the London office. They were done in an hour, cleaned up nicely, and gave me some notes to follow up on regarding leaky ducts around the furnace. Very professional right from the initial office contact to the on-sight work. The house actually smells dust-free the day after. They were recommended to me by friends, and I can pass on this recommendation to others. Thanks!
