Scott arrived RIGHT on time - work was performed very professionally in approx (2) hours as was indicated by the office - he found a couple of deficiencies (fixed one while he was there - I had some spare tin in the garage that enabled him to do this for me) the other I will correct on my own (not something he was required to do). Both of these deficiencies when fully corrected should improve the overall flow / re-circulation in the house. No muss , no fuss, not even any dust smell after he was done and the furnace was re-started, unlike first start-up in the fall. Overall I am extremely pleased with the tech and the work performed and will most likely reschedule for a repeat in approx (5) years.

First time in 20 years we had the ducts cleaned, you could hear the material that was being sucked out of the system. They were only there a couple of hours and cleaned up after themselves as they went.

House built in 72, they had never been done. There now spotless. And they where bad!.

Guy was early, came in and got right to work. He didn’t waste anytime.

I recently renovated - including hardwood floors and my ducts really needed to be cleaned. The work was thorough, the agent polite and professional. He showed me before and after pictures. I have already recommended this company to a teacher friend. I will always have them back for my duct work.

The initial call to obtain information and get an estimate was very quick and easy on the phone.
The gentleman that came to do our duct cleaning arrived early, was very professional, polite and friendly. (Sorry I forgot his name) He did a superb job letting us know what he was going to do, & getting the work done thoroughly.
We have a young infant, two dogs and a cat, and I'm sure this was not an easy project for him.

I am so pleased with the results of my Power Vac experience. Everyone I dealt with at the company was professional and friendly. The service was wonderful - the hot and cold vents, dryer vent were long past due in getting cleaned. the technician was great, answered all my questions, was through and very pleasant. Very very impressed with the powervac service technicians that came and cleaned out our ducts. They provided before and after pictures, explained the entire process and sanitized appropriately. They were friendly, honest and knowledgeable. They are also one of the more reasonably priced companies. They don’t add extra charges or anything once they arrive...the quote provided on the phone was the quote I paid.

After some renovations we had Power Vac come clean our ducts. They did a wonderful job and were very clean and honest about their pricing, which was accurate to their initial estimate on the phone. As well the technician was friendly and very respectful of our home.

Power Vac had Randy come in and clean all my ducts and basically I would say made the insides of the ducts sparkle. He explained everything and showed me pictures and I saw the dirt in the ducts, after when I looked and also saw the pictures they sparkled. I had my ducts done by another company two weeks before and they blew air into a few ducts. But this company is wonderful and professional. I will be recommending this company to everyone. Thanks for the sparkle and fresh smell of my home.

This was my first time getting the ducts in my house cleaned. We had moved in to a newly built home, and after about 2 years the air was getting very dusty. We kept sneezing, so I called this company on someone's recommendation. They said most homes in a construction area (other homes still being built) get quite dusty from the construction air outside, and should get done sooner. I didn't know this, and was glad he mentioned it. There was a lot of dust. The person came on time, and took the time to show me what they were doing. He even explained the process to me, and showed me some of the debris they found in my ducts. They also showed me how clean they were after. I was very impressed when their supervisor came at the end to also do a complete inspection, to make sure they hadn't missed anything. They DID take off my return vents to clean in there, too. I was expecting to see dust flying everywhere when they hooked up those giant tubes, but the rest of my house stayed clean, even when they were working. What a difference! The air was so much better after! The staff working seemed to be happy with their jobs, and they were all very friendly.
