Very happy we had Novel Care replace our combi boiler . We were provided with an appointment promptly and the technician, Richard , was excellent. On time, professional, friendly, and did a wonderful job. He took great care to make sure he protected our floors and did a thorough clean up and final check at the end. When he finished with the boiler,I asked if he could take a quick look at our ductless system because I had noticed some leaking, and he said not a problem and dealt with that too! Thank you Richard!

This was the first time that I used Novel Care, We were so impressed with this company. They were extremely professional. They were here when they said they would be. The quote was exactly what they said it would be. There Techs were absolutely awesome. I would recommend this company in a heart beat for anyone in need of this service.

I got my new Boiler installed today and I am very pleased with the service. Andrew and Peter were my technicians. They are very professional and did an excellent job. An extremely pleasant young man committed to both his work and his family (based on conversation while he worked). Extremely helpful in helping me understand my new equipment which came with the purchase of new home. Today he was able to explain my humidifier to me and possible changes that could be made if the “water saver” noises drove me crazy!

Best service ever!! I am now an even bigger fan of Novel Care. The service expert that came to help us with our heating problem was awesome. The solution was elegant, simple and saved us a big headache in the future. I highly reccomend using them, we will be looking to them for future updates of our equipment, I can't express my relief that they resolved our issue.

The service I received was amazing and throughout the week Alex provided amazing service and helpful full advice until I could have my new Ductless heat pump installed. The install was professional and I appreciated that Alex was on time and delivered what he said he would.

Laura, your office admin that answered my call, was not helpful at all so had I not known Alex , I definitely would have gone elsewhere. I would not have her answering calls for people in emergencies like I had as she was dismissive and not helpful before or after ... when I asked to speak to a manager as clearly she did not hear or care that my situation turned into an emergency.

5 star quality service! Chris is the most consummate professional and the service that he provides is of the highest quality. He takes the time to explain what the problems are (in layman's terms) and always goes above and beyond expectations in rectifying the problem. He is the reason that I am a repeat customer!

Found ourselves with no heat on a Sunday evening. Call them and they sent a rep to fix our problem. Peter did a great job, was very professional and kept me informed during the whole process. Pleasure doing business with these folks!

I will recommend Novel care to all of my family and friends! From the moment the on call technician came he was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me my options and once I decided to go with a new unit he acted quickly and efficiently. It was a late night call and he told me he would have a sales agent out the next morning. Within 20 minutes of him leaving my house, I got a call from him saying he was sending someone over right away. Darren showed up when it was freezing rain outside and went through my payment options. He was kind, Courtious and patient. Answered my questions without “forcing” any option on me. Within the next day, I had the unit ordered and an installation date confirmed. Shwn and Ryan showed up and got right to work! Again, they were knowledgeable, helpful and got my unit installed. They went over everything with me and ensured that I was all set to go! What I find even more impressive to me was that they cleaned up everything and left it in better order then what they came too! Wow! Thank you Novel care for your quick, efficient, kind, knowledgeable staff! Worst time ever for my furnace to stop working... but they made sure I had heat within a day! Outstanding customer service is hard to find these days but you all went above and beyond! Thank you!
