I will recommend Novel care to all of my family and friends! From the moment the on call technician came he was courteous and knowledgeable. He gave me my options and once I decided to go with a new unit he acted quickly and efficiently. It was a late night call and he told me he would have a sales agent out the next morning. Within 20 minutes of him leaving my house, I got a call from him saying he was sending someone over right away. Darren showed up when it was freezing rain outside and went through my payment options. He was kind, Courtious and patient. Answered my questions without “forcing” any option on me. Within the next day, I had the unit ordered and an installation date confirmed. Shwn and Ryan showed up and got right to work! Again, they were knowledgeable, helpful and got my unit installed. They went over everything with me and ensured that I was all set to go! What I find even more impressive to me was that they cleaned up everything and left it in better order then what they came too! Wow! Thank you Novel care for your quick, efficient, kind, knowledgeable staff! Worst time ever for my furnace to stop working... but they made sure I had heat within a day! Outstanding customer service is hard to find these days but you all went above and beyond! Thank you!
