Bought used refrigerator, never worked properly, no warranty, had to pay another repair service to fix the problem, another $200

Had trouble with the water valves on our 18 year old Maytag Fridge. Jim came out and diagnosed the problem and returned a week later. Unfortunately the new part didn't work but mentioned he would return with a different part. Next week he returned replaced the part (with an old part in stock), and.. It worked. Great Repair. Friendly and got along well with our dog. (he's a good judge of humans), and to top off, he gave us the original price of the part, many years ago saving me lots of cash. Thank you Jim. Anyway, would not hesitate to recommend, 5 stars.

Our clothes dryer stopped working. It is an older electrohome model and was included in our newly purchased home in Kingston. I called Potters and they had a technician at our house the next day. He brought all the parts needed to fix it and finished in a couple of hours. It was a faulty moisture sensor. He gave it a cleaning while he had it a part and recommended the best settings for getting good performance while using as little power as possible. And he saved us having to get a new dryer. Will recommend.
