Poor warranty. Had to pay manufacturer to correct installation of doors & install handles on retractable doors. Read small print. Very disappointed would never use again. Felix insisted manufacturers provided wrong handles & closure for retractable doors. Manufacturers technician installed the originally supplied handles, no problem but it took 3 hours to correct the drafty doors. Door’s “sweep” (insulation at the bottom of the door) installed too high. Just a nast job by Aurora & nasty experience with Felix. Thank God Mnufacuter was willing to fix poor installation (for a price).

The details are highlighted in the back of the contract. We have sent our technician multiple times, however, no one was home to answer the door. We have always been responsive for your calls and tried to help you out even though it was no installation issues. Our technician even have cleaned the tracks for your screen free of charge,that was maintainance issues,not installation.
