Original Roof needed to be replaced.
Selected Deluca from four bids. We were impressed by the thorough inspection followed by written estimate.
This was not the lowest bid. (in fact it was second highest) but it won out when all considerations were done.
The company was on site by noon with two roofing teams and gone by supper. This was complete removal and install including all flashing and vents.
6 years have passed with no problems.
When the time comes to replace this roof, if we are still here, there will be no question as to who will do the work...DELUCA!
