I always wanted a tub but my wife was leery of having dry skin and the smell of chlorine. I investigated many local companies and models. I was sold on the design, quietness and efficiency of the Maxx unit handled by Ashton Pools and my wife was pleased with the many options. After visiting the showroom, her worries of smell etc. were eased and we went ahead with the purchase.
The installation by Ashton Pools was on time and Mike was amazing putting it all together. A previous reviewer stated that Mike was welcome to their home any time and I agree completely.
We’ve had the tub for 2 years now and my wife loves it as much as I. The chemicals are kept to a minimum and I’m surprised how little maintenance is requires. In the summers, we turn the heater off and use the spa as a refreshing plunge pool. We continue to utilize Ashton for water samples and purchasing of supplies. Our tub gets used several times a week and our only regret is not getting it sooner.
I have no problems recommending a hot tub to those who aren’t sure and Ashton Pools for their service.

We purchased our first Hot Tub from Bev 2 years ago. We had done alot of shopping around. Bev was instrumental in selling us the right product. We have had a couple of manufacture recalls that Bev and Mike took care of 10++!! Would very much recommend them. Honest, genuine and reliable.

We have been very pleased with Ashton Pool's service and friendly atmosphere. They fixed our 15 year old hot tub a couple of times. Their technician was excellent and very helpful in explaining the problems. We totally trust their honesty and service.

Greg and myself went to many hot tub places to look for a hot tub for our back yard. Finally after may weeks, we went into Ashton Pools and found the tub we were looking for. We could not believe the price they gave us and the service with Beverly was amazing. We did have to call them once it was installed as we were hearing a buzzing noise, and they came out within a few days and fixed it.. We take samples in regularly and still get good service.

I had great service in the store from Beverly and at my home from Mike, Ashton's technician. However, there were hiccups from the start as a result of a lack of organization within the company. Bev did a fantastic job to try and rectify the situation and Mike is welcome in our home ANY time. As for the company its self... the jury is still out .

We have been both a customer of service for an existing hot tub that was part of the purchase of our home and than as a customer of a new hot tub when we decided to upgrade.

From the service perspective, we found Aston Pools both reasonable in costs of a service call and accurate in timing of when they said they were going to be at our home, which is also important to us.

When we decided to purchase a new hot tub, we did look around at other stores. The difference in Aston Pools in comparision to the others, they didn't try to over sell what we intended to purchase. Once they understood our budget, the discussion was within the budget to the point they suggested that we wait a couple of weeks until a promo came on.

Once purchased, the installation crew was incredible. With a difficult location to have to put the tub in, they brought the appropriate crew to do the installation.

A great company to deal with.

Recently the motor and heater in our Vita Spa Hot Tub stopped running. We called Ashton Pools and spoke to Melissa to see if they could assess problem and have fixed. Melissa was very helful and informative. Ashton sent a technician out the next day and diagnosed the problem, found the parts required and had shipped to them asap. They put in a heater to keep from freezing as it was the coldest week this year. The technician came back as soon as part was delivered and repaired. The tub is working perfectly now. We are very satisfied with the handling of this situation and would highly recommend Ashton Pools for their fantastic customer service. They also kept us informed on when things would be done and Melissa called after to make sure we were satisfied. The pricing was also very reasonable since Vita Spa no longer mfg. in our area and they managed to track down the parts and had a service technician who could fix the problem.

terrible service - Astons started my above ground pool than did not show up for a week. I had to call Jim and he told me he had forgot about it. It was fall so he told me they would hook up the pump in the spring just give them a call and set up an appointment. I gave them 3 weeks notice the day came i took time off work and no one showed up. I call and talked to someone who said they would find out what was going on and well they were on another job so i asked why someone would not have called and let me know they were not showing up? she had no answer. long story short they kept brushing me off and when i finally talked to Jim he told me he was going to be so happy to finish my pool so he didn't have to deal with me anymore and hung up on me, when i called back someone else answered the phone and told me he wasn't there.
Dealing with Jim and Ashton pools was probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced and Jim is so unprofessional I am amazed he is still in business.

WE DECIDED TO USE ASHTON POOLS FOR OUR NEW POOL FOR 2 REASONS. THEY HAD THE VIKING POOLS WE WERE INTERESTED IN AND JIM TOOK THE TIME AND SHARED HIS EXPERTISE ON A FANTASTIC DESIGN CONCEPT. HE REALLY TOOK THE TIME TO HEAR OUR WANTS AND PUT THEM TO A DESIGN PLAN. THE END RESULT WAS MUCH BETTER THAN WE HAD EVER IMAGINED, AND ALL WORK WAS COMPLETED AS ORIGINALLY PROMISED AND QUOTED. WE CONTINUE TO DEAL WITH ASHTON POOLS FOR OUR REGULAR SERVICE NEEDS, AND HAVE BEE VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR PROFESSIONALISM.
