I asked Dan to stop in to take a look at our freezer. He unfortunately had to decline due to unforeseen circumstances. Instead of shrugging it off and making me book another day, he asked me to send some photos to see if he could help me get the freezer working properly again. Not only did he walk me through what I had to do, he followed up the next day to ask if it was working properly. Total cost to me was $0. That is the type of customer service that is really hard to find these days. You can be assured that if I have any problems in the future, the first person I will call is Dan.

We have been very pleased with Ashton Pool's service and friendly atmosphere. They fixed our 15 year old hot tub a couple of times. Their technician was excellent and very helpful in explaining the problems. We totally trust their honesty and service.
