Our kitchen is absolutely stunning, right out of a magazine but it should be at a cost of $27,000.00 for an entire kitchen remodel as well as a small laundry room, both have granite countertops, kitchen has stainless backsplash, under mount lighting, 16 pullouts in our large pantry and a 10 foot granite island with even more pullouts. I opened our Lazy Susan cupboard yesterday, slightly leaning on in to reach in for a spice and the door hinge just fell off...seriously, my first remodeled kitchen and after only 8 months the door falls off its hinge!? Our old kitchen had an identical Lazy Susan cupboard and I had always slightly leaned in as this is the one cupboard where you have to in order to be able to reach (especially on the bottom), we had lived their for 19 years using this cabinet while cooking on a daily basis plus these cabinets were 23 years old vs only 8 months old! When we looked at the screws used to hold it in place these should definitely not have been used to hang heavy cabinets, they seemed very short and I'm now scared to put too many cans on my pullouts in the pantry!
The quality of the install is just not good as far as I'm concerned regardless of how many compliments we get or how fast they come back to fix it!
