Vacuum Specialists

We went to the Vacuum Specialists to purchase a new vacu-flo system. We were so happy with the customer service that we received. The staff were all knowledgeable and they were able to help us choose a vacuum that was exactly what we needed. They took into consideration the size of our home, the length of the carpet and exactly what we needed the vacuum for. It was delivered on time and they even helped with the installation. Great experience!

We purchased a new central vac system from the Airdrie location, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and did not try to push more expensive models on us. We had some experience with previous systems and he was very thorough in answering our questions. The installer was very friendly and quick, he installed and tested our system in less than an hour (everything was roughed-in already). We purchased a Beam and we're very happy with its performance.

We bought our beam central vacuum system through the Vacuum Specialist and were very happy with the knowledge and quality of the product. Our hardwood head for our vacuum fell apart and they replaced it free of charge.

My husband and I stopped by this store to look at Central Vacuums. I had done some research online and had narrowed down my choices to 3 brands, and this was one of the stores that carries these brands.

Even though we stopped into the store a few minutes before closing, the staff spent time with us helping us to make a selection and did not make us feel rushed.

We ended up choosing a Drain Vac Generation II, and we are very happy with our choice. The difference between this vacuum and the old one it replaced is phenomenal. It really does a good job.

The installation was fast and efficient, and the installer even provided us with a hose hanger, when he saw that the one we were using was too small for our existing vacuum hose.

Edited to add that I don't know why this is showing up as the "Priddis Location." The location we used is in Calgary, on 37th Street near 17th Ave SW.

We were hesitant at first to go through with a central vaccuum. But my husband and I decided to go visit their store and after discussion with the specialists, we decided to go through with a central vaccuum. They came to install our vaccuum (Beam) a few weeks ago, and everything looks great. They knew exactly what they were doing and provided excellent customer service.

They advised us on a cntral vacuum system 9 years later we are still happy with the product. When a belt goes on the nozzle we get replacement parts and pay reasonable amounts. we continue to support local small business that provide excellent service.

It was a very sad day when I realized that in moving to a 50 year old home, I couldn't use my built-in vacuum and its amazing Sebo powerhead. I headed to Vacuum Specialists looking to buy a Dyson. Youssef reminded me that the Dyson wouldn't be great for getting under my heavy raised furniture and recommended the Miele system. I love it! He even replaced the powerhead at no cost when I realized the one I purchased had too low of a profile to get under the couch. So helpful and kind and they even made me a lovely little cup of espresso.
10 year warranty on my Miele and my carpets look great.

When we moved into our new house we wanted to get a built-in vacuum like we had in our previous so I called Vacuum Specialists. They actually had me on file and knew what I had purchased before making my choice easy. I received a return customer discount, and excellent service. The installer did a great job and ensured everything was done to our satisfaction. Definitely recommend!
