The Comfort Shoppe

I have utilized the services of The Comfort Shoppe for multiple projects and there is a reason for that! Firstly, their customer service is outstanding. I had my furnace break down on the coldest day in February. I had a technician at my home the next day and a new furnace in place. They are quick, the quality of work is fantastic, and they leave the space cleaner than when they came in. Value for dollars spent is well worth it. Great product, great service, great quality of work!! I highly recommend The Comfort Shoppe.

The office staff very knowledgeable, but needs to specify all equipment details before sending the technician out. Technician showed up with the incorrect equipment to be installed, but was very gracious and apologetic. The equipment was ready within 48 hours and installed. Very happy with the professionalism of the office staff and technician.

I was amazed with the quick response to my call. We had a new hot water tank installed the same day that I called. The service technician was very friendly, efficient and followed all Covid protocols. He left everything the way he found it.

Price was competitive with other companies. Unit was installed quickly. Workmanship was excellent and the installer (Andrew) was knowledgeable and friendly.

We had some issues that were flagged by Enbridge. We called the Comfort Shoppe the next day and they were here very quickly to check it out. Gas lines were replaced quickly and professionally by Cory. I would recommend Comfort Shoppe to all my friends and family. Great job!

The process was good for the most part. The guys that came out were friendly. Wasn't too impressed that the warrenty was explained as 10 year, but when they came out it was set as a 5 year warrenty. I was not told I needed to pay for yearly service to maintain a 10 year warrenty. Paid a premium price and was expecting the warrenty as implied.

Furnace upgraded along with water heater. Installers were on time and efficient (3 hours) But furnace wasn’t connected properly. Company called and technician came next morning and fixed the problem.

We had an issue with our furnace so called at 8am and they came at 12.30 that day - even though they were busy. My furnise was up and running within 10 mins.
We've used these guys for the past 3 times and each time the same great service. Its nice to have such good service from a company.
We wouldnt hesitate to recommend you to anyone at all.
