When I bought my house I knew that there was an existing crack that had been fixed previously. After some freezing rain this spring, I noticed that the crack was leaking and there was a lot of water in my basment. I called a few companies and The Crack Specialists came to my house to give me a quote. Other companies provided quotes through email and I wasn't comfortable with that. Todd came over and talked to me about the crack and explained that it had been fixed but that it had re-cracked. Jamie came to fix the crack today and was polite and professional. Had two cracks in the basement repaired by Wes ROSE. Wes answered all my questions, was very friendly and cleaned up after the job. It was obvious Wes knew what he was doing.
